With a panoramic view of the Magic City skyline, the design orientation was clear: keep it clean and unobstructed. But if the Intracoastal set the tone, the homeowners set the terms: plenty of seating and room to move so an otherwise minimalist aesthetic remained accessible, open, serene and always ready to host the next gathering. Samantha Sara Interiors embraced this and the homeowners’ proclivities for neutrals and vintage accents to deliver on a design that’s as cool and understated as it is easy and fun.
