Samantha Sara Interiors transformed this home from dark and dated to light-filled and fresh by embracing its tropical location and Spanish architecture. A true “home-away-from-home,” Miami Beach III primarily functions as a vacation spot for the homeowners, but also moonlights as a luxury rental. Accordingly, SSI focused on both high-end and high-performance furnishings and finishes to maximize its dual purposes.
