“Fun, fresh and classic” were the marching orders for Samantha Sara Interiors when it came to renovating this 1980s home in Coconut Grove. Leaning into the original terra cotta tiles and lush landscape, SSI made the home fully functional for this growing family by reconfiguring the main living spaces and incorporating warmer accents like antiques and heirloom pieces throughout the home. Custom cabinetry, bespoke lighting, wallpaper and vibrant colors are the centerpieces around which many thoughtful, cheeky and reverent accents pay homage to the homeowners’ playful sensibilities.
